Job Summary:


In a nutshell - you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, strategic content and event marketing campaigns to facilitate lead generation, qualification, nurturing and pipeline building and conversion for Wellington IT.


Job Description:

  • In a bit more detail you will be responsible for;


  • Strategy

  • Deliver a campaigns strategy for both new business and existing customersPipeline Build/Lead Generation
  • Execute on plans to deliver a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities from new and existing customers
  • Execute on opportunitybased marketing plans to support the sales team with their inbound marketing activity
  • Research and create clear and compelling marketing content to drive leads for Wellington IT and assist existing sales activity
  • Help plan and manage events for Wellington IT to help drive new business and engage existing customers
  • Deliver a contentbased lead generation and nurturing campaign strategy utilizing marketing best practices, tools and technology to surpass revenue targets
  • Work closely with the CXM team to identify new sales opportunities and move deals along the pipeline.
  • Help plan and deliver a lead nurturing programme for customers and new leads, using marketing automation toolsDigital Marketing
  • Manage Wellington IT's online brand, including acting as community manager for all of Wellington IT's social media platforms
  • Monitor and optimize Wellington's digital marketing and discoverability program including corporate web presence, SEO, social media and marketing automationContent Marketing
  • Manage customer communication across Wellington IT's entire business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gain ideas and seek expertise for content generation or event planning
  • Working closely with the sales and product teams, develop and deliver a personabased content strategy.
  • Align this with defined buyer's journeys for each solution to create, curate and communicate consumable content that is relevant and tied directly to Wellington's unique value proposition and competitive differentiators.
Reporting and Analysis- Monitor and manage content marketing performance using the HubSpot marketing automation platform.
Marketing Administration- Take ownership of the data within CRM and Marketing automation tools- AOB- Contribute to cross-company projects as required to support organisational goals Assist with internal communications and events as required Any other reasonable duties as required by Management- Who will I report to?- Marketing ManagerWhat do I need to be eligible to apply?- You need;Relevant experience in a marketing role

  • Experience in social media management
  • Experience of producing successful content marketing campaigns
  • Experience of event management, particularly with b2b tradeshows
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
  • Currently holds independent right to work in the UKIt's not a deal breaker but we would really like it if you also had:
  • B2B marketing experience


  • Software industry experience

  • A full, clean, valid EUissued driving license
  • Experience of Salesforce and HubSpot
