Applications are invited for an experienced Healthcare Support Worker/Nursing Assistant to join our Community Learning Disability Support Team based at Murray Royal Hospital, to support staff in a wide variety of settings.


The successful applicant will have previous experience working with people within a health and social care setting and have a good awareness of the needs of people with learning disabilities.


The Learning Disability Intensive Support Service is part of a multidisciplinary team, working in a specialised day service providing highly developed, safe and supportive care for people with Learning Disabilities who display challenging behaviours/complex needs, e.g.

epilepsy, sensory impairment, mental illness, and autism.

**You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Hours of work are: 20 hours per week
