IT Infrastructure Engineer - Azure - London - 3 days from home, 2 days in the office

IT Infrastructure Engineer with an excellent experience in 3rd line support, Azure, Exchange Server, Office 365, VMware & Microsoft Server is required by a leading company based in central London

This role is a great opportunity to learn new IT technology as they are currently road-mapping new IT infrastructure including new Azure cloud and 365 projects.

You must have experience running a server estate and be able to provide several examples of proactivemaintenance - i.e. using your own initiative to identify problems, come up with solutions and action

They offer flexible & hybrid working, with 2 days required in the office weekly and 3 days at home.

You will help implement new IT technology solutions across the firm, including a lot of projects in Microsoft 365 development and implementation across an Azure cloud platform.

Skills and experience needed:

Strong 3rd line IT support, Cloud technologies, Microsoft Server, anf troubleshooting experience
Azure AD experience
Excellent experience around Virtualisation
Vmware
Strong Active Directory and MS Exchange knowledge
Some Networking knowledge around Cisco switches, firewalls etc

Joining a good sized IT team, you will work on a range of IT 3rd-line projects, including MS Server management, monitoring, storage provisioning & Virtualisation management.

There will also be some Networking monitoring & management (switches, firewallsetc.) with some IT security work (updates of devices.)

They are looking into what the latest Microsoft & cloud technology is about and how it will benefit the firm.
