PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE, PROPERTY SERVICES, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK07 £22,303 - £24,223

Framework's internal Property Services team is looking for a knowledgeable Property Maintenance Operative to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to impact the quality of our residents' lives, through supporting the upkeep and maintenance of our wide portfolio of properties, allowing them to be used and enjoyed by the residents and staff alike.
The main qualities and abilities we are looking for, are a friendly and people focused person with knowledge and ability to carry out a range of maintenance skills including (but not limited to) basic joinery, plumbing, glazing, plaster patching, general repairs, decoration, gardening and cleaning.
There may also be a need to be able to support and give guidance to a volunteer where they are seeking work experience and or a pathway back in to work.
A good allrounder is the key to this role and specific trade qualifications although, are real benefits they are not an essential requirement.
There is a need for the individual to have their own basic tools, cordless and hand held but any specialist equipment will be supplied by Framework, as part of the role the successful applicant will also have the use of a leased vehicle (Commercial Van) that is for business use only but can be used from a home post code.
