Purpose of the Role
Looking for a digital role, where you play an integral part in delivering a digital strategy for a Top 13 accountancy firm and network?


Reporting directly into the Digital Marketing Manager this role will work across all industry and service lines to support the digital team's delivery of their core strategic targets and meet the overall firm's business objectives and to ensure we are constantly evolving and ensuring best practice.


The Digital Marketing Executive role will support the planning, creation and execution of campaigns across all MHA digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok, plus the website and paid for advertising.

As part of the Digital Marketing team, this role will be key in helping to deliver an expanded range of organic and targeted campaigns across all our digital channels to drive engagement and new business leads.

Key Responsibilities- Working with MHA's service and Industry focused groups in creation of digital marketing campaigns to support the firm's business objectives.- Working with all members of the marketing team to support with the delivery of digital content.- Publishing and updating website content on the MHA website.- To work with talent acquisition team in creating and managing digital engagement campaigns and maximising awareness of available vacancies.- Creating and publishing regular social media content across all MHA social channels.- Monitoring, analysis and reporting on effectiveness of digital campaigns and channels to industry/service leads and the wider organisation.- Supporting the creation of multimedia content such as podcasts, videos and infographics for use on digital channels.- Work with global members of Baker Tilly in promoting through leadership and people initiatives.- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on the creation of national thought leadership campaigns.- To work with internal committees and stakeholders to coordinate the creation of content for national awareness days and ESG initiatives.


Qualification and Skills

  • Degree qualified in Marketing or a relatable professional experience
  • Marketing background minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing or general marketing
  • Social media marketing experience
  • LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Marketing campaign planning experience
  • Graphic design experience, including Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills.
