PPC Team Lead - Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working - 3 days in office) - £40,000
My client have been established for over circa 40 years and are a market leader in providing professional services to businesses across the UK and internationally, focusing on HR, health and safety, insurance and much more

The organisation was started in Manchester; therefore you will be based at the original headquarter city


The company have been awarded 'The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For' multiple times and have over 50,000 customers globally, they are continuing to grow quickly and successfully.

They are looking to expand their team with a talented PPC Team Leader. Based in their Manchester city centre office, there is excellent transport links within a stone's throw from the office. The role is hybrid with a 3/2 split.


You will be sat in the wider Digital Marketing Team, with the main focus being to grow and optimise multiple Group PPC accounts and manage the team.


The Role

  • Strategically manage the implementation and planning of multiple PPC accounts across Google and Microsoft networks
  • Increase growth in lead generation and improvement cost efficiency
  • Bring together all paid channels, including paid social media and trials in programmatic advertising to deliver additional benefit to clients
  • Continual optimisation through testing to increase account performance.
  • Reporting on KPIs, overview and team work and ensure on all paid search activity
  • Coaching and mentoring PPC team members to improve the standard of their work
  • Monitoring bid management of campaigns across all PPC networks; identifying trends, opportunities, and concern

Your Experience

  • 4 years experience of managing competitive PPC campaigns and large budgets
  • Excel, Data Studio and Google Analytics with a passion for data analysis and data driven decision making
  • Create and implement strategy
  • Knowledge of multiple biddable media platforms including display advertising, Google and Microsoft ads, social media, remarketing and programmatic.
