Responsibilities:

Provide career guidance and counseling to individuals seeking employment or career advancement
Assess clients' skills, interests, and goals to help them make informed career decisions
Assist clients in developing job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation
Conduct assessments and administer careerrelated tests to evaluate clients' aptitudes and interests
Stay uptodate on current job market trends and industryspecific information to provide accurate and relevant advice
Collaborate with employers and educational institutions to identify job opportunities and training programs for clients
Maintain client records and documentation of services provided

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field
Previous experience in career counseling or a related field is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of educational and vocational resources, including online tools and databases
Familiarity with career assessment tools and techniques
Ability to educate clients on various career options and paths
