Another exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are looking for a HR Coordinator to join us in our brand new UK Head Offices, based in Hemel Hempstead.

The role:

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our busy team. You will work in our Hemel Hempstead office and you will report to the HR Manager.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Create job offers and associated correspondence; conduct induction planning and assist with training plans, ensuring data is accurately maintained on our inhouse systems and updating our employee and manager SharePoint sites.
  • Assist with Group reporting and the creation of management meetings and board packs and monitoring the important people metrics and taking actions to improve these where necessary.
  • Collate all payroll information for the Payroll Coordinator to process.
  • Wellbeing and employer branding opportunities to ensure Atlas Copco is an employer of choice.

  • Capable to work in a busy and agile environment, with high levels of accuracy and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous HR experience is beneficial.
  • Selfmotivated, hardworking, and resilient, with a pragmatic and professional approach.
  • Confident in dealing with a demanding customer base.
