St Barts Finance, Yorkshire Building Society - Customer Service Consultant_


Due to continued success, St Barts Finance are excited to announce the opening of a new Yorkshire Building Society Agency in Salisbury city centre.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Consultant who is a team player and will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers.

If you are enthusiastic about financial services and enjoy delivering a high quality customer experience, you'll love working within our new team as a
Yorkshire Building Society Customer Service Consultant.



We have both Full Time & Part Time positions available.

Full Time: 35hrs per week + every other Saturday (9am-12pm)


Part Time:
Hours Negotiable
must be available to work Saturdays (9am-12pm)

(Time off in lieu will be given for any Saturdays worked)


What you will experience:
We are a busy agency, who work closely with St Barts Finance.

Through great rapport, you will get to know our customers and will present them a variety of services that suit their needs and will help make their money work harder.

You will always strive to go above and beyond and will be an expert in the range of products and service we offer.

You will actively play your part in growing our business by creating well-established client relationships, who come back to us time and time again.


Skills Required:

  • A proven track record in delivering a fantastic Customer experience
  • Previous experience of working in customerfacing sales environment
  • Experience of building strong relationships with your customers
  • Financial Services Industry knowledge (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided).
  • Good administration & PC skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent

Salary:
£21, £23, commission
