Longrad, an independent consulting agency specialising in new residential and commercial property services, has been a trusted name in the London property market since 2005.

As our company continues to expand, we are experiencing a steady influx of incoming leads.

To support our growth, we are seeking dynamic and motivated Estate Agents to join our team on a commission-based basis.

Your primary goal will be to convert incoming leads into actual buyers by building relationships and providing expert advice.

Work in the company's CRM system;
Customer support at all stages of real estate transaction;
Prompt incoming request processing according to the company standards.

The Successful Applicant:

Real estate experience in the UK;
An outgoing personality with a positive attitude;
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills;
Minimum English proficiency at C1 level or higher;
Familiarity with Google products and CRM systems.
Located in London or ready to commute.
