Description

Office based part-time position (Starting on 3 days with the view of potential progression to a full-time employment)

Responsibilities:


Develop and Implement PPC Strategies:


  • Conduct indepth keyword research to identify highimpact and relevant keywords based on our industry and services.
  • Create and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Set clear campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines to align with business goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Campaign Management and Optimisation:


  • Create, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and conversions.
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making datadriven adjustments.
  • Identifying relevant and highperforming keywords, negative keywords, and longtail keywords to enhance campaign targeting.
  • A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve Clickthrough Rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

Ad Copy Creation:


  • Craft compelling and relevant ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives, adheres to best practices, and attracts the target audience to increase CTR and conversion rates.

Budget Management:


  • Monitor daily campaign budgets, bids, and spend to ensure campaigns are effectively utilising allocated resources and maximising Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Manage bids and budgets effectively to maintain a costeffective approach.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular performance reports detailing campaign insights, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.
  • Use analytical tools and data analysis to understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to marketing and management teams based on campaign performance.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:


  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in the PPC advertising landscape.
  • Suggest innovative strategies and techniques to maintain a competitive advantage.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:


  • Work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing team to integrate paid campaigns efforts to achieve overall departmental goals.

Preferred requirements:


  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 35 years of proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role, managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, and social media channels.
  • Proficiency in using PPC tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager etc.
  • Indepth knowledge of keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting techniques.
  • Familiarity with retargeting/remarketing techniques and the ability to utilise CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Resultoriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable objectives and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio of successful paid campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Professional certification in Google Ads will be a plus.

Starting at £13,200 for 3 days per week, with reviews every 3-6 months, aiming towards potential progression to full-time employment and regular salary evaluations.
