Sales Negotiator to work with our client, a well established estate agency based in
Winchmore Hill.


Our client is a long established, professional estate agency operating in the North London area, and covers all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes.

Our client have a large team of Sales Negotiators, which is continually growing. Therefore, we are always looking for driven Sales Negotiators.

Whether you are a junior Sales Negotiator, or have many years of experience as a Sales Negotiator, as long asyou are driven and hard working, you are the right Sales Negotiator for us.


The role:


As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange.

You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regularbasis and supporting other member of staff.


Must have:


  • Proven 1 years' experience in a sales position
  • Selfdriven with a can do attitude


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Verbal and Written
  • Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
  • Well organised
  • Interest in property
  • Be a natural Negotiator
  • A full UK Driving Licence

Salary:

£21, ,000 per annum
