Job Title Case Services Officer Level 2 (Tenancy)

We are a newly formed team of case officers delivering frontline services to the Canterbury district.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our large case management team and are looking for:

  • Someone who has experience in customer service and who will deal with more complex cases
  • Applications who are keen to develop knowledge of a wide range of services to advise and support colleagues across the Council
As a Case Services Officer you will focus on providing an efficient and effective customer support service through responding/resolving cases across the Council for both internal and external customers to support the needs of the service

delivery plan.

On a case management basis, you will act as a point of contact for the customer to enhance the customer journey and experience.

  • Be supported to develop your skills and experience across a range of council services and
