Due to continued business growth andhigh demand for recruitment services in our sectors, ODC are looking to hire a commercially focused individual to join the Business Solutions Team.

Our recruitment function is supported by the operations department that consists of marketing, HR, payroll, and customer services.


The Role:


The Business Solutions Lead is the ideal opportunity for somebody who enjoys relationship development, offering a consultative approach and developing new opportunities via a multitude of inbound and outbound sales activity.

The role will be fully supportedby the business and the associated departments.


Role Description:


  • Onboard new clients sourced via both inbound and outbound activities.
  • Partner with Business Solutions Director and other team members on outbound marketing strategies.
  • Account management onboarding new and developing relationships with clients during the early stages of the relationship.
  • Develop strategies and contribute towards the conversion of contingent client relationships into contracted revenue agreements
  • Boast a strong track record in business development within the recruitment sector
  • Establish and build strong relationships with senior decision makers
  • Have previous experience in building/managing relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Have the initiative to work independently whilst also being a strong team player.
  • Have experience of working in a collaborative environment with recruitment professionals
  • Ideally a background within the engineering, manufacturing or technology industry, within a recruitment capacity.
