Security Officer
TTS FM are looking for an experienced Security Officer to work on a prestigious contract in Coventry.

You must be able to work within a reception environment, being engaged and well presented at all times.

Uniform will be provide to successful applicant.

Variety of shifts incorporating days, nights & weekends

SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence is required.

Role Summary
Due to the administrative duties associated with this role, basic computer skills are required, e.g. competent in Microsoft packages such as Work, Outlook and Excel.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Deal with issues as they arise confidently.

Reliable and well organised with excellent timekeeping and attendance.

Duties and Responsibilities

To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
Access and egress management of individuals and vehicles.
Meet and greet all individuals who attend site.
Conducting internal and external patrols, checking for signs of damage, vandalism, theft, flood.
Communicating effectively with colleagues, client personnel and management.
Management of keys, and passes, issue and return.
Dealing with site alarms and following procedures in the event of an incident.
Monitoring of CCTV systems.
Production and submission of Daily Occurrence Book and incident reports.
Complete all required competency training.
