About the role:

Oxendon House is a homely residential care home in Market Harborough, that delivers a high standard of care to its elderly residents, making sure everyone is made to feel at home and part of a positive environment.

Care Assistants are a valuable part of our team, looking after the welfare and creating a positive environment for all its residents.

As a
Care Assistant, you will be part of our passionate team supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents by providing the highest standard of care.

When you join us as a
Care Assistant you are making a difference every day by supporting our residents to feel at home.

Responsibilities include:

Providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
Promoting our resident's choice, dignity, and independence at all times
Maintaining accurate records
