I have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager in Plymouth.

Working on a low volume scheme initally, that requires finishing the remain plots, and later moving to a large scheme in Plymouth.

Working for an award winning contractor, who can offer a competitive salary, exciting projects and stability in the current market
You will be an established manager able to drive sites, and hand over a quality product. You will be accustomed to managing site managers and assistants. You will have strong communication and IT skills.

Whats imperative to this role is that you are a strongleader and able to get the most out of your team and the trades.

It is essential that you have a strong new homes background and you are accustomed to running volume schemes
Salary is DOE and will range from £58k - £62k PA plus package
