Programme Curriculum Management System Advisor
SBU/Department: Academic Registry/ Academic Services
FTE: 1 fte (working 37 hours per week)
Duration of Contract: Fixed term contract till 31 July 2024
Salary: UH5 £27,181pa with potential to progress to £30,1487 pa on achieving designated skills and experience
Annual Leave: 25 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year


Location:

MacLaurin Building, de Havilland Campus, Hatfield
Main duties and responsibilities- This fulltime role, based within the Academic Services Project team within the MacLaurin building.

You will be a key member of this project team and will be supported by existing staff to implement the requirements for new Programme and Curriculum Management System (PCMS).


Skill and experience required

  • You should have appropriate proven administrative experience, ideally within an HEI, along with proficiency and experience in IT across the range of Microsoft products including databases, spreadsheets, and wordprocessing.
  • You should also be able to demonstrate that you have experience of managing a range of demands, and the ability to work under pressure, preferably within a complex and dynamic organisation. You should be highly organised, with a good attention to detail and the ability to create successful working relationships with a wide range of people, should have experience of customer service.
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a cando attitude to problemsolving, be positive in their approach and be able to demonstrate good communication skills and experience of processing data.
    Qualifications required.
  • You should be educated to a minimum of Alevels or equivalents or proven professional work experience.
