ARE YOU AN ENTHUSIASTIC PROFESSIONAL AND COMMERCIALLY MINDED BUILDING SURVEYOR AND WISH TO BE INVOLVED WITH A WIDE RANGE OF PROJECTS?

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING FOR:

Our client provides a range of excellent services for commercial and residential clients, all delivered to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Regular residential building surveys
Compile accurate and succinct reports
Project Management and Contract Administration
Preparation of detailed Schedule of Works and Specification writing

WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:

Minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a Senior Building Surveyor
Organised and used to managing your own workload
RICS Chartered (MRICS)
Hold a full driving licence and own vehicle
Excellent communication skills

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:

Our client is paying a negotiable salary from £60,000
Pension Scheme
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Private Health Care
