Would you like a part time role teaching young people with autism or a learning disability so they can thrive in the world of work?

If you have a level 5 teaching qual (so DTLLS,PGCE or QTS for example) and like the idea of managing a small class (11 learners) with time during the day (not evenings or weekends) to plan and prepare this could be good move for you.

You will create fun and engaging lessons delivering functional skills maths, english and employability (so you must have experience of delivering this).

The young people are all 16 and above,and as well as completing the course they also undertake a work experienceplacement which the charity supports them on.

The office is based in the centre of Worcester and you will work for 22.5 hours a week spread over 3 days (so full time its £28, 653, and the pro rata salary is £17191).So this would typicalyl be 2 days teaching, and then one day planing.
