Main duties

Working alongside the FC and CFO to report into Group for weekly cash forecasts, monthly MI packs and annual budgets
Day to day involvement in the financial management of the business including working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
Responsible for leading a team of 5 and the day to day running of the central finance function
Working with external auditors and tax advisers to produce the statutory accounts and tax computations
Responsible for managing the month end process
Quarterly VAT
Nominal postings, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
Reviewing and discussing results with FC and CFO in preparation of monthly Board meetings with Key Stakeholders and Key Investors

Requirements:

Part qualified CIMA/ACCA
Ability to build long term relationships
Ability to liaise will different areas of the business
Efficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Innovative and forwardthinking person with positive approach to problem prevention and solving.
Highly motivated
Willingness to learn and develop
Confident IT skills.
Good communications skills, both written and verbally
Good team player with ability to communicate to all
Conscientious and attentive attitude to work at all times

Benefits
Salary - 32k to 38k plus study support

Hours - 40 hours

Hybrid Working - No
