Our client, a leading and highly innovative insurance software development company is looking for an Account Manager that can bring 2/3 years' hands on experience working in the insurance market in London.


The Account Manager will liaise with colleagues across the company to ensure all the Client's ongoing transactional and strategic needs are met.

They will also ensure that all internal account management processes are followed, objectives met, Key PerformanceIndicators managed, and results shared at appropriate forums.


Main Duties will include:

  • As a junior member of the Account Management team, support all Account Managers as needed, including preparing for and attending client and prospect meetings
  • Take on some accounts to manage personally
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery and implementation of the company's products within insurance related organisations / new clients
  • Assist in the building and maintaining of strong longlasting customer relationships to ensure all client needs are met, both shortterm transactional and longerterm strategic
  • Work closely with the Integrations team to ensure maximisation of revenue generation can be fulfilled through additional offered services for your accounts.
  • Organise and deliver demonstrations to prospective and existing customers
  • Attend, run or assist at customer training demonstrations with other Account Managers

Experience Required:

  • 2/3 years' experience in an Insurance related role ideally as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant Sales role although more technical insurance backgrounds are also very much of interest
  • Delivering clientfocussed solutions to customer needs
  • An interest in technological advances in Insurtech
