Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Team Leader, looking for the challenge of supporting a new Team? If yes, this vacancy may be of interest.
We have an exciting vacancy for an Administrative Team Leader to support the Single Point of Access Team within Community Services.
The Single Point of Access team comprises of seven call handlers who deal with referrals through either telephone calls or electronic GP referrals, and provide other administrative support, such as scanning documents, taking messages and signposting enquiries from staff members.
This role would be ideal for someone with experience of staff management working within health or social care teams or environments, together with experience of working in a call handling/telephony service, although this is not essential as full training will be given.
