I am working with a respected and innovative main contractor who are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join the team.

Sector:
High-end Restaurants, Pubs, Retail and Leisure
Fit Out, Refurbishment
Working from home with visits to sites nationwide, mainly within London, Manchester, Birmingham 2-3 days a week, with accommodation & travel expenses paid for
Project values range from £250K - £1.5M

Salary:
£50,000-£65,000 plus package including annual leave, travel & accommodation, expenses, pension, working from home equipment etc.
3-5 years experience as a Contracts or Project Manager for a main contractor working within the restaurant or high-end retail fit out & refurbishment sectors
Intermediate computer skills - being able to run and manage a program on Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Projects, ASTA
Proven history of being client-focussed and forging active relationships with restaurant or retail clients.
High-end retail or restaurant experience working with similar clients & project values.

Ideal for those who are early in their career as a Contracts Manager and would benefit from being mentored by the two directors on a long-term basis.
