About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team. As a Civils Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing civils teams involved in telecoms projects. If you have a strong background in civils, a passion for delivering high-quality work, and a desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative company, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civils teams engaged in telecoms projects
- Ensure all supervised staff are competent, fully trained, and compliant with requirements, including approvals, appraisals, and inductions before commencing work onsite
- Monitor work progress to meet streetwork permits and client timescales
- Liaise with Local Authorities and clients, conducting site meetings to discuss works, permit conditions, and agree on Traffic Management requirements
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) and Health & Safety standards
- Achieve productivity targets while maintaining highquality standards
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets contract specifications
- Review and close corrective actions and improvement actions related to works
- Complete all necessary documentation, including asbuilt drawings, for completed works
- Take personal responsibility for your health and safety, as well as the safety of others affected by the works

£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Crawley, RH10 3ZT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
