SENIOR PRODUCT SERVICES ENGINEER

Role Overview

We have an ambitious programme in place to continue to transform the way we deliver legal service solutions forour clients and industrialise the innovative solutions we have created thus far.


The Product Services team delivers products and solutions for use by the business and its clients using low code / no code (LC/NC) technologies.


We are looking to develop the capabilities of the group further by recruiting an individual experienced in the Microsoft Power platform (essential) and Neota Logic (desirable) to undertake development on LC/NC platforms and support the upskilling, coachingand mentoring of other members of the Product Services Group to maximise the ability of the group to service requests for products and solutions.


You will also support a growing 'citizen developer' community within the wider firm, by being a key part of an expert resource, on hand to offer support, guidance and best practice recommendations to business users.

In addition to this, we're looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of full M365 suite essential
  • particularly SharePoint Online, Teams and related technologies
  • Experience of other technologies serviced by the Product Services Group such as Josef Legal, HighQ, Contract Express, Odoo, JIRA and Legatics is desirable but not essential.
  • An understanding of Cloud based solutions and in particular Azure development capabilities.
  • An understanding of database design and principles is desirable.
  • Previous experience of delivering innovation and transformation in legal service delivery is desirable.
  • Previous experience of implementing legal technology solutions to improve legal service delivery is desirable.
  • Proven experience with client/stakeholder communication and relationship management.
  • Experience in training, coaching and mentoring of others in software development specific to LC/NC or more generally.
  • A good knowledge of the current challenges facing the legal market is desirable.
  • Experience with commercial legal documentation or financial information is desirable as is project coordination / management experience working to tight deadlines for stakeholders at varying seniorities, and risk and change management.
  • Fluency in languages spoken in any of our international offices is desirable.
