Admin Assistant

Band 6 (SCP hours per week over 5 days, term time only + 10 days

Salary:
SCP- 37 hours under 5 years service TTO + 10 days = £21,074


SCP hours over 5 years service TTO + 10 days = £23,329


You will be expected to manage a varied workload ensuring administrative needs relating to whole school administration, reception and pupil services are met.

A good level of literacy, numeracy and ICT are essential, along with the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working on own initiative.

You will also be required to cover first aid duties (full training will be given) and reception along with a wide variety of matters including contact with pupils, staff and parents/carers and extensive use of SIMS and related software.


We are an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school with outstanding facilities, a state of the art learning environment; we are extremely popular and oversubscribed.

The school is within easy reach of Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield and the surrounding district.
