As an experienced customer service focused and operations / administrative professional you will provide a high level of customer and stakeholder service in support of excellent programme activity experience, with a focus on administration of data via ourclient's CRM (Salesforce) database and other supporting tools.


  • You will have an administration, process, delivery and customer service orientation and knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system with experience of data management and analysis.
  • You must be skilled in the use of Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), able to manage multiple priorities through great planning, communication, and execution with a 'high standards' approach to all that you do.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a motivation and passion for what are our client does, that inspires and engages others and witnessed through your tenacity and ability to deal with a variety of duties and multiple priorities.

  • Driving Licence is required and access to a reliable car as this role will involve travel across Scotland on occasions.

Salary & Benefits:


  • Home working based located within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh/Glasgow/the central belt of Scotland
- £27,300 plus pension

  • Full time, 35 hours, 5 days per week (with some flex)
  • A working from home allowance of £300 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank/public holidays and 2 additional days in the summer.
  • Our client's office closes between Christmas and New Year and the time off is not taken from annual leave entitlement. They operate a flexible policy on use of bank holidays.
