HR Assistant
Hybrid Work arrangement - Flexible to work from home with time in office as business requires.

We are a supporting a people focussed business with the expansion of their HR team.

Reporting into a highly personable and extremely experienced HR Director, you be in pole position to learn and develop your HR career.


With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a talented HR professional with a CIPD Level 3 qualification to join this awesome HR team.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and updating HR databases.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including handling employee inquiries, maintaining communication channels, and assisting in conflict resolution.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training programs.
  • Support HR reporting and data analysis, including generating reports and maintaining accurate HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and participate in HR meetings and discussions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and contribute to the overall improvement of HR practices.

Requirements:


  • CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar HR administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
