Description

Based at our excellent facility in Felixstowe (FMDC) the role of the Customer Services Supervisor will be to maintain and further develop quality relationships with existing customers and also our other business units.

Collating the necessary information from internal departments and providing this to the customer in order to meet the agreed service parameters whilst ensuring all agreed processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Help manage current customer accounts for the Warehouse and Transport teams
Maintain effective relationships with existing customers and internal business units
Provide an exceptional level of service to customers.
Speaking to customers via MS Outlook, MS Teams and telephone, helping them with their questions or resolving their issues.
Prepare KPI packs for customer reviews.
Create and maintain agreed customer SLAs.
Engage with the warehouse departments to keep the communication flow effective.
Identify and communicate ways the company can continuously improve in its operations.
Complete training as necessary to develop skill sets and knowledge base.
Always promote a professional image of Uniserve to prospective clients and customers.
Completion of any other duties as reasonably requested by the Management Team.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

Experience within a customer service background in a fastmoving logistics environment
Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
Attention to detail supported by high quality written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable within a customer facing environment
Ability to adapt to changes within the work environment
Problem solver
Excellent multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure, be well organised and to meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn roles across the broader Warehouse and Transport Commercial Team
