Responsibilities:

Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at various events and locations
Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and generate interest in products or services
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Conduct presentations and educate customers on the features and benefits of the brand
Collect customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for analysis and improvement
Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's products, services, and messaging

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively market and communicate the brand's message
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build positive relationships
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £25,876.00 per year
