No one ever seeks out a role within Compliance. Or within the insurance industry for that matter. You normally fall into it.
Are you ready to fall?


You'd be cushioned by a lovely family-run business that's willing to take a chance on you, even though you have no prior experience.

But bonus points if you do have FCA knowledge already though.

Perhaps I'm wrong and you're someone that genuinely wants to work within Compliance.

Maybe you're a graduate who wants to put your degree to good use within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.

Or, maybe you're someone who likes process, you're techy and know your way around a CRM system and Excel.


You may even be someone who is a bit of a wizz when it comes to admin and data entry.

All these skills and likes you possess will transfer across well into your new role as the Compliance Assistant.

And you'd be working for a business that wants to give someone the opportunity regardless of whether you have 'industry' experience or not.

There's also opportunities for you to gain qualifications within Compliance that'll help you in the long-term. As a business, they really do invest in you.


After all Alex, who you'll report in to, also started off at the very beginning and has worked his way up.

He wants to give someone else that opportunity to.

Working closely with Alex you'll join the business as they transition into a new office environment.


It's worth noting that this role is an office-based position and although there is flexibility to work from home you're probably someone who'd rather work from an office and soak in all its glory.
