About the role:
As Alumni Communications Officer at the University of Bath, you'll bring with you experience of writing copy for both online and print, such as magazine articles, case studies, social media posts, e-newsletters and interviews, enabling you to engage and inform our community of graduates and supporters.
You'll be a strong communicator with an eye for a good story and the confidence to get stuck in and interview staff, students and alumni to produce content to deadline.
Working with the Alumni Communications Manager within the Development & Alumni Relations team, you'll produce content across multiple channels including social media, the alumni blog, website, BA2 magazine, donor reports and fundraising materials.

Development & Alumni Relations supports a network of over 140,000 University of Bath alumni across 170 countries, as well as our wider community of supporters who generously give their time, expertise and philanthropy to the University.
They transform students' lives through removing barriers to education, and advance important research in areas such as sustainability, health and wellbeing, and digital.
We keep in touch with our community of alumni and friends, informing them of the latest University news and events, providing unique benefits and services, and connecting business contacts or reuniting classmates.
