How the Trust works:

Why join us:

Working in schools is incredibly rewarding and equally exhausting We want to support our staff in doing their job so that both they and their students flourish.

Strong positive relationships and being part of a community where we support one another with the difficult things and celebrate with each other the good things means trusting and caring for one another.

Our pastoral care extends to our staff as well as our students.

On top of regular line management and meeting cycles Heads of School and SLT are highly visible and available to talk to.

The CEO & Executive Headteacher runs a regular "headspace" open to all staff and the Trust chaplain is also available to staff.

Below are a list of practical benefits we have put in place:
An additional training day in early March to support marking and moderation

Increased departmental meeting time for planning

Two data inputs a year reduced from three

Staff chrome book for teaching staff

Flexible working/part time working/job share
