The Company

Ferris UK Ltd are Building Restoration Specialists working within insurance claim repairs.

Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Operative/Delivery Driver to work within our office based in Redditch.

The Role - Stores Operative/Delivery Driver

This is a varied role providing an opportunity for the right individual to be involved in supporting our operations team in delivering a quality service to our clients.

The following gives an outline of the role but the list is not exhaustive and the position requires someone who can embrace positive change and be flexible in approach.

Creation of job packs for projects

Delivery of job packs to sites, Loading/off loading, Receiving and logging material deliveries

Maintaining stock levels for standard items, Using systems to maintain records, Security of the stores and premises

Maintaining Health and Safety practices in the warehouse

Liaising with the project teams
Maintaining trade vehicle records.

(Repairs/MOT's etc)Maintaining Asset records

Managing waste removal/recycling Keeping stores and yard tidy at all times

Required/Essential

Excellent communication skills, Good team player, Basic IT skills with the ability to learn new systems,Good numeracy & literacy

Full clean driving licence

Tidy & presentable
Preferred It would be advantageous if applicants had some similar experience but not essential as full training will be given
Experience with FLT's would also be advantageous

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 or 07:00-16:00 Monday to

Friday Salary:
£17,390 - £19,500 Location: Redditch with deliveries within 70 mile radius
