Retail Supervisor


A unique opportunity to join a UK family business with over 140 years experience in making luxury hand made shoes.

We are looking for a part time supervisor to join our team in Gunwharf.


THE ROLE:
As Supervisor you will be a brand ambassador for the company. Sales driven and a desire to take on additional responsibilities, as well as be flexibly in your working location.

Contract hours 30 hours (4 day week) + available overtime.


Key responsibilities:


  • Delivering customer excellence
  • Assisting customers with product knowledge
  • Maximising sales & KPI's
  • Maintains Stock Accuracy through following correct processes
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the store in the absence of line Managers
