About the Role:


As a HR Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing second-level support for the Human Capital contact center and data administration support for all employees throughout the EMEA region.

They will be responsible for providing superior customer service and resolving HR Operations queries in a timely and effective manner.

They will work under defined service levels and at times complete a high volume of transactions. It's complex, detailed work. It's fast paced & challenging. It's a job that calls on you to be thoughtful, resourceful, team-driven, and customer-focused. To put it mildly, there is never a dull moment.

Working Schedule:

This is a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 17:30pm. Occasional after-work hours may be required to support operational needs.


Primary Responsibilities of a People Operations Administrator:

  • Utilise the Case Management tool to respond to employee queries within defined service level agreements. The majority of queries will relate to time and attendance, absence management, and employee benefits.
  • Update the HR Information System (Peoplesoft) with any employee data changes to ensure that accurate data is sent to payroll for processing
  • Process time & attendance and absence management actions and corrections.
  • Administer end to end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including joiners, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types and compensation and benefit administration.
  • Participate in activities to drive manager and employee selfservice including developing communications and material for the Human Capital portal.
  • Raise issues as appropriate and contribute to ongoing process development and improvements.
  • Support in team and business facing projects.

Required Qualifications of a Peoples Operations Administrator

  • Previous experience providing HR customer service support
  • Proficiency with HR Systems preferably PeopleSoft
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Systems and process orientated
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, diverse environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills

Preferred but not essential qualifications of a Peoples Operations Administrator:

  • Previous Time and Attendance and Absence Management experience
  • Previous experience of using a Case Management system to manage employee queries
