The Agile Transformation Lead leads on the execution of the Evolve programme plan, which is delivering our move to agile ways of working.

Works with senior stakeholders (up to ExCo level) to support the cultural change along with ensuring that the tools, technology, methodology, guardrails etc.

are in place to achieve our objectives.

Defines the transition states and the overarching plans to deliver on them, provides clear communications across the programme, instils confidence in the model.

How you'll make a difference


The Agile Transformation Lead is responsible for both at strategic level, to align and prioritise work to achieve the Evolve 'north star', and support workstream leads with the detailed day-to-day running of the programme.

Provides significant expertise in agile ways of working, acting as a sounding board for the Value Stream amigos and relentlessly focusing on activities that expedite the transition.

Uses a metrics-led approach to understanding progress and the areas of focus.

What you'll bring


Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task; work in a fast-changing environment; facilitate and influence team members and senior stakeholders.

Confident in presenting complex information to senior stakeholders in a digestible way.

Able to challenge the status quo - always looking for ways to make things more efficient and effective.

Solves problems through analysis, engagement with stakeholders and the ability to create a path forward.

Strong analytical, problem-solving as well as process management skills.

SAFe qualified and experienced in agile ways of working, underpinned by the Value Stream model.

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience or interested in Engineering.
