Our client, a specialist manufacturing company based in Coventry, is looking for an
experienced Financial Controller to join their team.

Working closely with senior managers and the CEO, this role will be responsible for the financial operations of the UK business.

This could be either a full time or a part time position ,(approx four days a week), with flexible working.

Key Details

Producing documents for, and positively contributing to, the monthly Board meetings
Building financial models to improve the accuracy of the company budgeting & forecasting process
Provide and facilitate strategic focus for the business and its senior members
Review and submit quarterly VAT returns
Finalise and analyse monthly management accounts including posting accruals, depreciation etc.
Stock Reporting and Stock Audit over 4 plants
Manage, coach and motivate an established small Finance team
Working with Product Managers on pricing and margin analysis and assisting with pricing changes in line with raw material fluctuations
Producing the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts
Leading and managing the year end Audit Process with the assistance of the Finance Manager
Preparing documentation required for the Corporation Tax computation
Managing annual renewals of leases, utilities, healthcare etc.
