About us
Care Choices are a vibrant and fast paced multi-media publisher and we are looking for a reliable and experienced part-time Credit Control Administrator to join our friendly team for 15 hours per week.
The role
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments and account status.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any payment issues.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of customer accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure that customer accounts are in compliance with credit policies and procedures.
