The Role:

Your expertise in Salesforce solutions will be key in crafting personalised communication strategies and executing impactful marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Forge strong connections with key clients, understanding their objectives and crafting tailored loyalty strategies.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive loyalty strategies, leveraging Salesforce solutions.

Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive results.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize loyalty programs.

Budget Management: Efficiently manage client budgets to maximize ROI.

New Business Development: Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Reporting and Presentation: Deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, showcasing campaign performance and insights.


Requirements:

Experience: Solid experience in account management and within loyalty marketing or communications, with expertise in Salesforce solutions.

Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in SFMC, SFLM, SF CRM, and marketing automation tools.

Analytical: Data-driven mindset with a knack for interpreting insights.

Results-oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Strategic: Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
