Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working with a large independent firm based in
Sheffield who are looking to recruit an experienced
Payroll Clerk.


Our client, a rapidly growing firm of chartered accountants have a payroll team that has been newly structured and as a result of this now have new opportunities within the practice.


This role is perfect for somebody who Is looking to develop their career in payroll in a social office environment and to be working as part of a team.

The successful applicant must have at least 2 years' experience in end-to-end payroll experience within practice or industry.


What's on offer:

- £25,000-£26,000 starting salary

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Issuing payroll reports & payslips
  • Carrying out start to finish payroll
  • Reconciling payroll to client data, issuing payroll reports & payslips
  • Carrying out bank reconciliation alongside of purchase and sales ledger
  • Handling HMRC queries
  • Invoicing
  • Communicating with clients

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
