Technical Sourcing Recruiter | Hammersmith (3 month FTC starting early May - end of July)
Hybrid working 3 days per week in our lovely new Hammersmith office

Who you are

What you will do

  • E2E hiring for engineering pipelines: identification (sourcing), engagement and hiring of diverse engineering talent
  • Track sourcing metrics and draw insights
  • Be a brand ambassador engaging and cultivating your network through Meetups, webinars and new innovative approaches

Skills and experience you will have

  • Extensive experience sourcing (Github etc) and hiring software engineers (Backend/Frontend/SRE)
  • Analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
