I am delighted to have been retained by a fast, but organically growing crypto fintech who are looking to make their first hire within treasury.


With the business now into their fifth year, and approaching their second major round of funding, the board have decided it's time to invest in a dynamic, crypto experienced Senior Treasury Manager to develop and implement a group treasury strategy and takeownership of their investment portfolio as they enter their next phase of growth.


Reporting directly into the CFO with daily exposure to the Exec team, this role is a unique chance to join a business that is doing crypto growth the right way, scaling at a sensible pace, and offering the opportunity to build something from scratch, inone of the most dynamic market spaces in the world, with a defined path to senior management in the next 2-3 years.

To be a good fit for this role, you will be:

  • An experienced senior treasury professional ideally from the financial services/fintech space
  • Able to demonstrate an indepth knowledge of cryptocurrency, having had practical/professional experience
  • Experienced in scaling treasury functions from scratch and able to add value both operationally and strategically
  • A strong communicator able to work closely with Csuite and other senior stakeholders
  • Consultative in their approach and able to bring own ideas and vision to the table

Worth noting that to be a good fit for this role, you will need to have both demonstrable crypto experience and to be an experienced treasury professional.
