Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring top-notch product quality? We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at our facility in DN10 Austerfield.
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality within our carbon cathodes production process.

Shifts:
Days, Afters, Nights (Monday to Friday)
Hours:
Days: 6am-2pm, Afters: 2pm-10pm, Nights: 10pm-6am
Salary:
£12.71 per hour (all shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough quality inspections on carbon cathode products at various stages of production.
- Collect representative samples and conduct comprehensive testing to assess quality and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize various measurement tools and equipment to evaluate product attributes, ensuring they meet established standards.
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate detailed reports for analysis.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and address any quality issues, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
- Proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate actively in crossfunctional teams and quality meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in production quality inspection is essential.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures, measurement tools, and inspection methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings to perform accurate inspections.
- Detailoriented mindset with exceptional problemsolving skills.
- Willingness to actively engage in handson work and adapt to varying shifts (days, afters, nights).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and provide clear feedback.
- Basic computer skills for recording and reporting inspection results.
