We are looking for an Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:_

  • Answering phone calls, arranging service calls and compiling quotes
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Responsible for consistent day to day delivery of highquality customer service through a team of both directly employed engineers and subcontractors
  • Act as primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, engineers and management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
  • Diary management for engineers
  • Maintaining organised records of bookings
  • Documenting daily completions
  • Invoicing and allocating cash received
  • Performing other general office tasks as needed

To be successful in this role you will need the following:_

  • Proven experience working in a customer service role
  • Strong organisational skill and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software useful
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Desire to learn

Requirements_

Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating industry - useful but not essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Able to build strong client relationships


Pay:
£12.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

  • English (required)
