EUC Technical Project Manager - London - Hybrid - 3 days on site - Outside IR3- up to £550pd


This role requires a technical project manager with strong stakeholder engagement, presence and experience of the end-to-end delivery of CyberSecurity and Infrastructure projects in a multi-workstream programme.

Our programme is large and our projects complex,with many interdependencies across a number of stakeholder teams and functions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide direction and governance for the delivery and implementation of the Global End User Compute rollout using the recent jamf solution PoC as the basis of the delivery solution, and the rollout of 1,500 Macs across the global estate.
  • Set up and deliver objectives, timelines and dependencies providing clear reports and updates to GPT & Programme leadership, supporting teams and markets CTOs
  • Take the high level project approach and plan, and break down into detailed plans, dependencies, risks, issues understanding each component of the project and resources and budget required to complete the project
  • Create and maintain the following documents on a weekly basis understanding all the key steps and requirements
  • RAID Log, Change Log and Dependency Log
  • Communication plan
  • Mapping out key stakeholders and their accountability as part of a RACI matrix
  • Liaison with key stakeholders, 3rd parties, GPT teams to communicate the plan deliverables, remove roadblocks and escalate to leadership when required.
  • Owns and executes the programme communications plan to third parties all stakeholders, technology teams across the business with support of change management colleagues
  • Coordinate with Security, Network, Devops, Infrastructure teams and marketbased teams to implement the design, providing clear timeline and tools for required tasks
  • Working with hardware vendors and partners to make sure all hardware delivered to site and ready for installation according to the timelines
  • Working with implementation partners and markets teams to prepare, schedule and supervise hardware implementation
  • With delivery and implementation team, programme manage deep dive market discovery on current systems, network connectivity, endpoints and local data retention requirements to validate against planned design
  • Oversee the planning and documentation for all the programme project workstreams
  • Ensure Global design is documented and governed
  • Create and implement a plan to transition support to BAU teams as part of the delivery

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of running End User Computing device rollout and MDM projects using jamf for the last 5+ years
  • 5+ year's experience of full lifecycle Project management
  • Strong working knowledge of Change and Project management methodologies; specifically, Waterfall & Agile
  • Strong experience working with governance frameworks and stage gating processes
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed, culturally varied team & customer base.
  • Experience with Project Management and Agile Software Development toolsets: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Windows Suite (MPP, Excel), GSuite
