Maintenance Surveyor

6+ month ongoing contract

JOB PURPOSE
To work as a member of a team providing a high standard of service to the public.

To assist in the voids, invoices and maintenance.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Voids refurbishment surveyor needs to specify voids and to ensure contractors and inhouse are DLO are working to meet the targets to handover the property.
Monitor quality of the voids and ensure the voids standard is met
Work using a handheld device to spec a void room by room and ensure photos are taken during all inspection upto post inspection
Needs to also approve variations and approve invoices ensuring charges are accurate.
Must have experience of working as a surveyor within social housing especially within voids and refurbs
