*MULTI TRADES PERSON*We have Projects running and looking to expand our workforce.


we are looking for a multi trades person, someone with a strong core trade background who is confident and able to carry out works productively alone or with in a team.

other skills in;
Carpentry, Tiling, plumbing, Plastering.

You will be based as a self employed subcontractors with possibility of moving to payee in the future if desired.

Driving license
must
(own work vehicle and tools)

We are a vast growing property maintenance company based in Bermondsey and Bexleyheath covering London and Kent areas.

Multi trader skills
- carpenter
- plumbing
- tiling
- basic patch plastering
- fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification

  • UPVC repairs and maintenance
  • Double glazed unit replacement
  • Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
- use of smart phone manage and record daily work
- painting & decorating

Please note not all is required but desirable to have multiple skills


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract


Salary:
£18,073.34-£38,586.54 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
