Business Support Administrator- Northwich, GB
The Role
Key Tasks:
- To collect the morning and afternoon incoming post from Reception
- To segregate and distribute confidential items
- To scan items into the correct folders
- To distribute/file scanned items to the appropriate team members
- To handle all HC provider payment queries in a timely manner
- To assist the other team members where applicable
- Use external insurer portals to download documents
- To attend regular training to maintain updated insurer product knowledge.
- To contribute to team effort.
- Provide cover for the other members of the team
- Undertake other tasks as requested by Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Computer Literate as numerous systems are used in this role
- Adherence to confidentiality, medical information
- Administration experience
- Good Teamwork Skills
- Willing to help others
- Confident working with people
